§ 1220.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP; AUTHORIZATION.

A City Planning Commission is hereby established in and for the city, pursuant to R.C. § 713.01, to consist of six members, including the Mayor, the President of the Board of Park Commissioners, and four citizens of the city who shall serve without compensation and who shall be appointed by the Mayor for terms of six years each.
