(a) Any employee of the Police Department shall, in connection with his or her duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Any employee of the Water Division, the City Utility Director and the Mayor, as Director of Public Safety or as Director of Public Service, have the authority to ask any person to leave reservoir grounds if the person has violated any provision of this chapter.
