§ 1064.15 CURFEW AND RULES FOR BALL FIELD.
   (a)   The Mayor, as Director of Public Service, is hereby directed to enforce a 10:30 p.m. curfew for ball playing at the Municipal Waterworks Ball Field and to make such other rules and regulations for the use thereof as are reasonable and necessary, taking into consideration the intended use of the Ball Field.
   (b)   No person shall violate the 10:30 p.m. curfew or any rule or regulation established by the Mayor, with respect to the City Waterworks Ball Field, pursuant to division (a) hereof.

§ 1064.16 TYPES OF WATERCRAFT PERMITTED ON SHELBY CITY RESERVOIR NO. 2.
   Rowboats, canoes, paddle boats, paddle boards, kayaks, sailing craft and watercraft powered only by electric motors are permitted on Shelby Reservoir No. 2. All watercraft shall be launched at the northwest corner of the reservoir, at the end of the access lane. No boat shall exceed a maximum speed of five miles per hour. Only government agency watercraft are permitted on the water with an onboard gasoline engine.
