§ 1064.12 STOCKING OF RESERVOIRS.

The Mayor, as Director of Public Service, is hereby authorized to enter into a public fishing agreement with the State of Ohio Natural Resources Department, and to have the agreement renewed whenever it is necessary, to provide for a surplus crop of game fish for the City Waterworks Reservoirs for public fishing.
