§ 1064.08 TRAFFIC; ANIMALS.
   No person, while using or present on any of the reservoirs of the city and/or city property adjacent thereto, shall:
   (a)   Speed of vehicles. Ride or drive a vehicle at a rate of speed exceeding ten miles per hour or a speed designated by the Superintendent of Water by posted signs.
   (b)   Restricted areas. Drive any vehicle in any area other than an area specifically designated by the Superintendent and indicated by posted signs, or drive any vehicle in any restricted area, except those vehicles specifically authorized by a permit signed by the Superintendent.
   (c)   Parking. Park a vehicle in other than an established or designated parking area, except for the purpose of loading and unloading boats in accordance with posted directions.
   (d)   Bicycles, motor-bikes and the like. Ride a bicycle, motorbike, minibike or motorcycle in any area other than on black-topped roadways and parking lots.
   (e)   All-terrain vehicles. Operate an all-terrain vehicle anywhere on reservoir property or adjacent city-owned lands.
   (f)   Riding on reservoir embankments. Operate any vehicle on top of any reservoir embankment or on the sides of any reservoir embankment, except duly authorized city employees or contractors performing maintenance or mowing the embankment.
   (g)   Domestic animals. Ride upon or permit to run loose upon reservoir property any horse, pony or other domestic animals.
