§ 1064.07 SANITATION.
   No person, while using or present on any of the reservoirs of the city and/or city property adjacent thereto, shall:
   (a)   Pollution of waters. Throw, discharge or otherwise place or cause to be placed in reservoir waters or in any waters on city-owned land adjacent thereto flowing into such waters, any substance, matter or thing, liquid or solid, which will or may result in the contamination, littering or pollution of such waters, including but not limited to shavings, chips, straw, paper, shells, cinders, glass, mud, food, dung, filth, cans, manure, rubbish, oil or petroleum products, earth, gravel, brick, stone, metal, dirt, dye, detergent, liquid, powdered or solid chemicals, or any other obnoxious substance.
   (b)   Refuse, garbage and trash. Bring, dump, deposit or leave any bottle, broken glass, ash, paper, box, can, dirt, rubbish, garbage, waste, refuse or other trash. No such refuse or trash shall be placed in any reservoir waters or left anywhere on adjacent city-owned lands, but shall be placed in the proper receptacles where they are provided. Where receptacles are not provided, all the rubbish or waste shall be carried away from the reservoirs and city-owned lands adjacent thereto by the persons responsible for its presence and properly disposed of elsewhere.
