§ 1064.06 PROPERTY OFFENSES.
   No person, while using or present on any of the reservoirs of the city and/or city property adjacent thereto, shall do the following:
   (a)   Buildings and other property.
      (1)   Disfiguration. Willfully mark, deface, injure, tamper with, displace or remove any building, table, dock, mooring stake, bench, landing, fireplace railing, paving or paving material, water line or other public utility or part or appurtenance thereof, sign, notice or placard, whether temporary or permanent, monument, stake, post or other boundary marker, or other structure, equipment, facility or city property or appurtenance, either real or personal.
      (2)   Removal. Displace or remove any stone rip rap from the dikes on the reservoir.
      (3)   Porta-pots. Fail to cooperate in maintaining porta-pots in a neat and sanitary condition.
      (4)   Removal of natural resources. Dig or remove any sand, whether submerged or not, or any soil, rock, stone, tree, shrub or plant, down timber or other wood or material, or make any excavation by tool, equipment, blasting or other means or agency.
      (5)   Erection of structures. Construct or erect any building or structure, whether permanent or temporary, or run or string any public service utility into, upon or across the land, except under authority of a special written permit issued by the Superintendent of Water.
   (b)   Trees, shrubbery and lawns. 
      (1)   Injury and removal. Damage, cut, carve, transplant or remove any tree or plant, or injure the bark or pick the flowers or seeds of any tree or plant, or attach any rope, wire or other contrivance to any tree or plant, or dig in or otherwise disturb grass areas, or in any other way injure or impair the natural beauty or usefulness of any area.
      (2)   Climbing trees. Climb any tree or walk, stand or sit upon any monument, vase, fountain, railing, fence or any other property not designated or customarily used for such purposes.
      (3)   Hitching animals. Tie or hitch a dog or any other animal to any tree or plant.
   (c)   Wild animals and birds. Hunt, molest, harm, frighten, kill, trap, chase, tease, shoot or throw missiles at any animal or reptile, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
   (d)   Target shooting. Discharge any rifle, shotgun, handgun or any other firearm.
