Rowboats, canoes, paddle boats, sailing craft and watercraft powered only by electric motors and not exceeding four horsepower are permitted on Shelby Reservoir No. 3 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily, except at such times as a red warning flag has been hoisted in the vicinity of the boat launching area. Watercraft with a combination of an electric and gasoline engine on board the vessel is permitted on the water but the use of the gasoline engine is strictly prohibited. The gasoline engine's outdrive shall be lifted out the water while any such vessel is within the reservoir.
