§ 1062.04 INTERFERENCE WITH FLOWERS, TREES OR WILDLIFE.

No person shall remove any flower, shrub, tree or wildlife from any public park, except with the permission of the Board of Park Commissioners, or damage or destroy any flower, shrub, tree or wildlife in any public park.
