§ 1062.02 USE OF PROPERTY; VANDALISM.

No person shall use, move or carry away any public park property except under regulations imposed by the Board of Park Commissioners or with the permission of the Board through its agents or employees, nor shall any person misuse, deface or destroy any public park property.
