(a) There is hereby approved and adopted the Sanitary Code of the Shelby City Division of Health, being regulations governing household sewage disposal systems as adopted by the Board on June 27, 1974.
(b) All fees provided in the Sanitary Code are hereby authorized to be collected by the Health Commissioner and/or his or her designated agent and shall be deposited by the Health Commissioner with the Director of Finance and Public Record, who shall put the same into the General Fund.
(c) The Sanitary Code is hereby incorporated into this section by reference and a copy of the same is attached to original Ordinance 28-74 and made a part hereof as though fully rewritten herein. File and distribution copies shall be as provided in R.C. § 731.231.
