§ 1044.04 PAYMENT OF CHARGES; REMEDY OF CITY FOR NONPAYMENT; SURCHARGES.

(a) The charges levied pursuant to § 1044.02 shall be payable monthly at the end of the period of service rendered, at the office of the Director of Public Service.

(b) All bills not paid 15 days after the due date shall be subject to a 10% surcharge.
