For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) "Commercial unit." Any structure or part thereof which is suitable for separate tenancy as a commercial, retail or service establishment.
(b) "Dwelling unit." Any structure or part thereof which is suitable for separate tenancy as living quarters.
(c) "Industrial unit." Any structure or part thereof which is suitable for separate tenancy as an establishment involved in the manufacture of a product.
(d) "Sanitary sewerage." Waste from water closets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, bathtubs, showers, household laundries, cellar floor drains, garage floor drains, bars, soda fountains, cuspidors, refrigerator drips, drinking fountains, ice machines and stable floor drains, industrial and commercial wastes or discharge of every kind, and such other wastes and discharges as the Director of Public Service may determine and define.
