§ 1042.11 STORM DRAINAGE.
   Cooling water, unpolluted process water, roof downspouts, building foundation drains, yard drains and other storm or ground water collection facilities shall not be connected to or discharged into the house plumbing or public sanitary sewer system. Storm water, ground water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be conveyed to open ditches, storm sewers or pavement gutters by gravity or by means of a sump or lift pump. Industrial cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged, upon approval of the City Superintendent of Wastewater Treatment and Sewers, to a storm sewer or natural outlet.
