Each newly constructed home, building or structure, if on real property located within 200 feet of the public sanitary sewer, shall make a connection into the sanitary sewer and extend the connecting sewer prior to the occupancy or use of the building or structure. Each home, building or structure, existing and occupied prior to the construction of the public sanitary sewer, and if situated on property located within 200 feet of the sanitary sewer, shall make connection into the sanitary sewer and extend the connecting sewer within 90 consecutive days after being notified to make the connection. No person shall dispose of sanitary sewage wastes on property located within 200 feet of a public sanitary sewer except into that sewer.
