(a) The Wastewater Review Commission shall review all pending and existing legislation pertaining to sewer regulations and make recommendations to Council.
(b) The Commission shall review requests, hold hearings as required, and recommend appropriate actions to Council.
(c) Any entity may file with the Commission a written request for modifications and/or variations as applied to its respective situation. Requested variances shall be acted upon by the Commission and recommendations made to Council as soon as possible but no later than 60 days after the date of the request.
