Being a part of Sharon Township, Jackson Township, and Springfield Township, Richland County, Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for the same at a point which is the intersection of the centerline of the Blackfork of the Mohican River and the north line of Section Seventeen of Sharon Township; thence easterly along the north line of Section Seventeen to the centerline of the Chessie System Railroad; thence southeasterly along such railroad centerline and into Section Sixteen of Jackson Township to a point at the centerline of George Hawk Road (Township Highway No. 212); thence southerly along the centerline of the road to a point at the centerline of Myers Road (County Highway No. 201) which is the north line of Section Twenty-Eight and the south line of Section Twenty-One of Jackson Township; thence easterly along such centerline to a point at the centerline of Springmill North Road (Township Highway No. 208); thence southerly along the centerline of the road to a point at the centerline of Amoy-Pavonia Road (County Highway No. 90) which is also the north line of Section Thirty-Five of Jackson Township; thence easterly along the centerline of the road to a point at the centerline of Springmill North Road which is the northeast corner of Section Thirty-Five; thence southerly along the East line of Section Thirty-Five of Jackson Township and the east line of Section Two of Springfield Township (centerline of Lexington-Springmill Road (County Highway No. 133)) to a point at the southeast corner of Section Two; thence westerly long the south line of Section Two of Springfield Township to a point at the northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section Eleven of Springfield Township; thence southerly along the half-section line of Section Eleven and Section Fourteen of Springfield Township to a point at the southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section Fourteen; thence westerly along the east-west half section lines of Section Fourteen and Section Fifteen of Springfield Township to a point at the centerline of State Route Thirty; thence northwesterly along the centerline of State Route Thirty to a point at the centerline of Mabee Road; thence northwesterly along the centerline of Mabee Road to a point at its intersection with the centerline of State Route Thirty; thence westerly along the centerline of State Route Thirty to a point at its intersection with State Route Three Hundred Fourteen; thence northerly along the centerline of State Route Three Hundred Fourteen to a point at its intersection with the centerline of Snodgrass Road (Township Highway No. 165) (which is also the south line of Section Eight of Springfield Township); thence westerly along the centerline of Snodgrass Road to a point at the north-south half section line of Section Eight of Springfield Township; thence northerly along the north-south half section line to a point on the north line of Section Eight (the centerline of Beam Road-County Highway No. 51); thence westerly along the centerline of Beam Road to a point at the southwest corner of Section Five of Springfield Township; thence northerly along the west line of Section Five to a point at the northwest corner of such section and the southwest corner of Section Thirty-Two of Sharon Township; thence northerly along the west line of Section Thirty-Two to a point at the east-west half section line of Section Thirty-Two and Section Thirty-One of Sharon Township; thence westerly along the east-west half section line to a point at the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty-Three; thence northerly along the west line of Section Thirty-One to a point at the Northwest Corner of the Section and the centerline of Stine Road (Township Highway No. 169); thence westerly along the centerline of Stine Road and the south line of Section Twenty-Five to a point at its intersection with the centerline of Finnegan Road (Township Highway No. 176); thence northerly along the centerline of such road and the west line of Section Twenty-Five and of Section Twenty-Four to a point at the centerline of Funk Road (County Highway No. 180) and the Northwest corner of Section Twenty-Four; thence easterly along the centerline of the road and the north line of Section Twenty-Four to a point at the Southwest corner of Section Eighteen; thence northerly along the west line of such section to a point at the centerline of Stentz Road (Township Highway No. 181); thence easterly along the centerline of the road to the centerline of the Conrail Corporation Railroad; thence northeasterly along such centerline to a point at its intersection with the north line of Section Eighteen; thence easterly along the north line of Section Eighteen and of Section Seventeen to the point of beginning.
