§ 1040.08 FLUORIDATION.

The Mayor, as Director of Public Service, and the Superintendent of Water are hereby authorized to fluoridate the drinking water of the city as per the mandatory specifications of the Ohio Department of Health and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
