After the passage of a resolution declaring Council's intent to vacate a street or alley, the Clerk of Council shall cause notice to be served as required by Charter § 105, within seven days. The Board of Revision of Assessments shall make and file its report with the Clerk of Council within 30 days of the passage of the resolution of intent. The Clerk of Council shall cause the Board's report to be placed upon the agenda of the next regular Council meeting.
