The kind and quality of materials and the construction methods used to construct and improve streets according to the provisions of this chapter shall conform to the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications, the then current edition. The classification of streets shall be as defined in the Subdivision Regulations. All streets shall be subject to individual consideration and recommendation by the City Engineer.
