§ 1022.02 NEW AND UNIMPROVED STREETS.
   The minimum requirements for construction and improvement of new and/or unimproved streets shall be as follows:
   (a)   Pavement widths pursuant to the typical section drawing on file with the City Engineer (minimum back to back of curb).

Main thoroughfares
40 feet
(2)
Primary streets
35 feet
(3)
Secondary and minor streets
27 feet
 
   (b)   Minimum construction requirements pursuant to the typical section drawing on file with the City Engineer.
      (1)   City standard concrete curbs and gutters or equivalent. All curb and gutter to have six-inch underdrain.
      (2)   Main thoroughfares and primary streets.
         A.   Asphalt. Ten inches of ODOT 304 Limestone base, four inches of ODOT 448 asphalt.
         B.   Concrete. Four inches of ODOT 304 Limestone base, eight inches of non-reinforced Portland Cement concrete.
      (3)   Secondary and minor streets.
         A.   Asphalt. Eight inches of ODOT 304 Limestone base, three inches of ODOT 448 asphalt.
         B.   Concrete: Four inches of ODOT 304 Limestone base, seven inches of non-reinforced Portland Cement concrete.
