§ 856.03 PREPARATION OF A PLAN.

CIC is hereby authorized and directed to prepare a plan in consultation with the officials of the city for industrial, commercial, distribution and research development for the city in accordance with the powers prescribed in R.C. § 1724.10(A), and to submit the plan to the Council for its consideration.
