§ 854.02 DEPOSIT OF TRASH OR REFUSE.

Any person who receives a permit pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall file with the Director of Public Service sufficient evidence that the trash or refuse is being deposited, either directly or indirectly, in an approved disposal site.
