§ 850.14 EMPLOYMENT OF UNLICENSED DRIVERS PROHIBITED.

No person operating a taxicab or vehicle for hire within or from the city shall employ as a driver of the taxicab any person other than a driver duly licensed or registered under the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 436.
