(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates § 806.07(c) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
