§ 806.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall possess or use an alarm system without first applying for and receiving an alarm system permit in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Application for the permit shall be made with the Director of Public Safety who shall prescribe the form for application as well as the time and place for its submittal.
