(a) No person shall sell a BB gun, air gun, slingshot, bow, crossbow or any similar device capable of ejecting, discharging or otherwise throwing or shooting any missile, pellet, BB, stone, bolt, metal or other substance capable of causing injury to anyone, to a person under the age of 16.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a second offense.
