(a) No person shall use any product containing tobacco within any building owned, leased, rented or occupied by the city or inside any motor vehicle owned or leased by the city.
(b) Signs shall be posted in appropriate locations indicating the prohibition of tobacco use.
(c) No person shall remove, deface or destroy any sign indicating "No Tobacco Use" or similar sign indicating the prohibition of tobacco.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
