§ 648.17 HARASSMENT BY LASER BEAMS.

(a) No person shall focus, point or shine a laser beam, directly or indirectly, onto another person or animal in such a manner as to harass or annoy the person or animal.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
