(a) No person shall cut the hose of the Fire Department or otherwise injure, destroy or render the same unfit for use during any fire. No person shall break, deface, destroy, injure or render useless any engine, hose cart or other property of the Fire Department during a fire.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
