§ 628.05 COMPLIANCE WITH CONCILIATION AGREEMENT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall fail to comply with the terms and conditions of any conciliation agreement entered into by such person or any order issued by the fair housing officer.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 698.02.
