For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) “Academic medical center” has the same meaning as in R.C. § 4731.297.
(f) “Cultivate” has the same meaning as found in R.C. § 2925.01.
(g) “Dispense” has the same meaning as found in R.C. § 2925.01.
(e) “Manufacture” has the same meaning as found in R.C. § 2925.01.
(b) “Marijuana” has the same meaning as defined in R.C. § 3719.01.
(c) “Medical marijuana” has the same meaning as found in R.C. § 3796.01.
(d) “State university” has the same meaning as in R.C. § 3345.011.
