There is hereby established in and for the city a Traffic Commission to serve without compensation, consisting of the Mayor, the Chief of Police, the Chief of the Fire Department, the Project Coordinator, the Superintendent of Electric Distribution, the Superintendent of Streets and Sewers, the Deputy Director of Public Service and Utilities, and one member of Council. The Chairperson of the Commission shall be the Mayor.
