§ 274.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby established a Civil Service Commission for the city, to consist of three members to be appointed by the Mayor for terms of two, four and six years, respectively. Each two years thereafter one member shall be appointed for a term of six years.
