(a) Persons filling the following positions will have their salaries established as noted:

(b) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to pay such salaries in the amounts instructed or requested.
(c) The Director of Finance shall report these salaries, the percentage increase, and the dollar amount increase to City Council, the Mayor and the Shelby Daily Globe, each and every time they change.
