§ 260.03 EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY.

The city hereby agrees that it will not discriminate against any employee because of race, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin or ancestry, political affiliation or disability, in accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
