§ 258.06 SALARY OF ACTING MAYOR.

Any person who serves as Acting Mayor for more than 14 consecutive days in accordance with § 26 of the Charter of the City of Shelby shall receive the salary of the Mayor in lieu of his or her regular salary. This section shall be effective January 1, 2009.
