§ 252.04 CIVIL SERVICE CLASSIFICATION.
   (a)   The Superintendent of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sewers shall be in the unclassified service in accordance with R.C. § 124.11(A)(3).
   (b)   All other employees in the Division of Wastewater Treatment and Sewers shall be in the classified service in accordance with R.C. § 124.11(B).
