§ 252.02 PERSONNEL.

(a) The personnel at the Wastewater Treatment Plant shall consist of the Superintendent of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sewers and such other employees as it is necessary from time to time to hire and appoint.

(b) The personnel at the Municipal Utilities Office shall consist of such employees as it is necessary from time to time to hire and appoint.
