§ 252.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby established within the Department of Public Service a Division of Wastewater Treatment and Sewers, to consist of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, the sewer collection system and the Municipal Utilities Office.
