§ 250.02 PERSONNEL.

(a) The personnel at the Water Treatment Plant shall consist of the Superintendent of Water and such other employees as it is necessary from time to time to hire and appoint.

(b) The personnel at the Water Distribution System shall consist of the Superintendent of Water and such other employees as it is necessary from time to time to hire and appoint.

(c) The personnel at the Municipal Utilities Office shall consist of such employees as it is necessary from time to time to hire and appoint.
