§ 248.05 CUSTOMERS.

(a) It shall be the policy of the city and the objective of the Division of Electricity and Communications to serve all electric customers within the corporate limits when such service is in the best interests of the city and the Division.

(b) It shall be the policy of the city and the objectives of the Division of Electricity and Communications to serve electric customers outside the corporate limits when such service is in the best interests of the city and the Division and within any limits imposed by law.
