§ 248.02 PERSONNEL.

(a) The personnel at the Municipal Light Plant shall consist of the Superintendent of the Municipal Light Plant and such other employees as it is necessary from time to time to hire and appoint.

(b) The personnel at the Electric Distribution System shall consist of the Superintendent of Electric Distribution and such other employees as it is necessary from time to time to hire and appoint.

(c) The personnel at the Municipal Utilities Office shall consist of such employees as it is necessary from time to time to hire and appoint.
