(a) No contract, agreement, grant application, or other document requiring the signature of the Director of Public Safety shall be effective unless it contains the genuine signature of the Mayor or Acting Mayor as ex officio Director of Public Safety.
(b) The Director of Public Safety shall include this section in all bid packages of the Department of Public Safety and make its provisions known to supervisors within that Department.
