§ 234.04 LAW ENFORCEMENT TRUST FUND.

There is hereby established within and for the city a Law Enforcement Trust Fund, as provided by R.C. § 2933.43(D), and the Fund shall be administered in accordance with that section.

The statute cited in this section has been repealed. Law enforcement trust funds are now authorized by R.C. § 2981.13.
