§ 234.02 TREASURY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT.
   (a)   Establishment. There is hereby established within and for the city a Treasury Investment Account as provided by R.C. § 731.58, of which account the Director of Finance and Public Record shall be custodian, and the treasury investment trustees shall be the Director of Finance and Public Record, the Mayor and the Director of Law.
   (b)   Safety deposit box. The Director of Finance and Public Record shall rent a safety deposit box in one of the banks of the city and all the securities of the Treasury Investment Account shall be kept therein. The rent for the safety deposit box, as well as the premium on the bonds of the trustees, shall be paid from the General Fund of the city.
   (c)   Bond for Trustees. The trustees of the Treasury Investment Account above named shall each be required to give a bond, in addition to any other bond they may be required to give to the city, in the sum of $5,000 to cover the faithful performance of their duties as such trustees.
   (d)   Compliance with the Ohio Revised Code. All provisions of the Ohio Revised Code requiring the establishment of a Treasury Investment Account shall be strictly complied with.
