(a) Whoever violates any ordered curtailment of electrical power and/or water, as declared in a state of emergency, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) In addition to the penalty provided in division (a) hereof, the city may terminate and/or disconnect service to residents and/or businesses who or which commit the violation.
