The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint a Project Coordinator. Said coordinator shall prepare documents and administer all public works projects and undertakings of the city, shall serve as the city’s representative to the Richland County GIS Consortium and as the city’s prevailing wage coordinator, and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Mayor or by ordinance. Said coordinator shall be in the unclassified service in accordance with R.C. § 124.11(A)(3)(c).
