The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint a Community and Economic Development Coordinator. Said coordinator shall perform consultative and technical work in the planning, development, and implementation of the city's community development and economic development programs and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Mayor or by ordinance. Said coordinator shall be in the unclassified service in accordance with R.C. § 124.11(A)(3)(c).
