(a) The United States Geodetic Survey benchmark disk set vertically in the west brick face of the United States Post Office and near the northwestern corner thereof, designated as "D 249", located at latitude North 40° 52' 58" and longitude West 82° 39' 42" (scaled), and having an elevation of 338.563 meters (1,111.30 feet) (adjusted) is established as an official benchmark for the city.
(b) All grade levels within the city shall be measured from the United States Geodetic Survey marker nearest to the proposed work or construction.
